Lean Manager

Job Description

Working with a growing life sciences business, we are seeking to engage with a Lean Manager to lead logistics projects and continuous improvement for the site.

This is a significantly expanding life sciences business, with a strong pipeline of products offering life-saving treatment to patients.

Our client is currently experiencing growth and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. This is a chance to lead the creation of new logistics processes for the site.

The Lean Manager will play a key role in the future success of the business within Europe and other regions. With such business growth, there will be leadership opportunities and chance to progress into other functions.

The business is offering a base salary of 125,000 CHF, plus a bonus and other benefits.

You will bring a continuous improvement mindset and ideally have implemented new logistics processes.

Lean Manager, Visp, Switzerland

As a Lean Manager, we are looking for high calibre leaders with the following skillset:

• Experience in Logistics or Distribution Management, with an understanding of cold chain logistics within the life sciences industry, is an advantage
• Previous experience in implementing new lean processes
• Lean qualifications, i.e. Green or Black belt, would be an advantage
• Fluency in English and German
• Project Management experience and a proven track record in delivering projects to successful conclusion
