Digital Strategy Manager

Are you an experienced Digital Strategy Manager, with strong digital project experience and a passion for delivering results?

Our client is seeking a Digital Strategy Manager to lead a team whose core purpose will be to define launch parameters and prioritise features for its Digital Business Solution platform.

You will be responsible for implementing an agile mindset, driving the commercial delivery of their platforms, and managing the budget.

Digital Strategy Manager, Zurich Switzerland 

Key responsibilities of the Digital Strategy Manager include:

• Leading a team of talented product owners/digital solution managers and overseeing the whole digital business solution portfolio
• Co-responsibility for the commercial success of solutions within the digital business solution portfolio
• Facilitating new digital business model innovations, and identifying new digital and digital-enabled business models for the portfolio

The successful candidate will have:

• An inspiring leadership style and the ability to manage a team
• A background in consulting would be strongly preferred
• Extensive experience in digital proposition development and delivery, including business case, planning, use case creation, user experience design and (digital) product lifecycle management
• A deep understanding of "servitization" (service business models)
• A good technical understanding of new trends and technologies, including which emerging technologies can be harnessed for better results
• Strong experience with stakeholder management, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders, and external contractor
