Job Description

For this highly international organisation, we are looking for a Senior Regional Accounting Manager with strong team management experience.

You will be supervising a team of Accountants based both in the headquarters here in the Zurich area and in country, within the region.

Senior Regional Accounting Manager, Zurich, Switzerland

As a Senior Regional Accounting Manager, your role will include:

• Management of all aspects of Accounting for entities within the region
• Collaborating with other Accounting and Controlling department to establish controls
• Managing a team of Accountants both on site and remotely
• Monthly closing and reporting
• Cashflow forecasting
• Involvement in a range of ad hoc projects

Skills required:

• 8 plus years of experience within Accounting and Finance
• Minimum degree level qualification in Finance or related subject - a professional Accounting qualification, such as CPA/ACCA, would also be beneficial
• Strong team management skills
• Fluency in both English and German
• Prior experience working with SAP would be desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen
