Job Description
Our client, within the pharmaceutical Industry, is looking for a German-speaking HR Admin Assistant to join its Human Resources team on a temporary basis for 6-12 months.
Supporting the HR Managers, the ideal candidate will be responsible for HR administration and processes.
HR Admin Assistant , Zurich, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for all the administration tasks from hire to retire, ensuring accurate people data and systems input.
Some key duties of the HR Admin Assistant:
- Process all tasks of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation cycle
- Support the wider HR teams on HR-related projects
- Streamline administration processes for employee lifecycle
- Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring all task are completed on time
- Assisting with the employee relations and engagement plan
The ideal HR Admin Assistant candidate will have:
- Previous HR experience would be ideal
- Fluent German and English language
- Qualification in HR is an advantage
