Job Description

Our global client, which is head quartered in Zurich, is currently looking for a German speaking HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR administration and processes.  

 

You will be responsible for all the administration tasks from hire to retire, ensuring accurate people data and systems input.

Some key duties of the HR Assistant:

  • Process all tasks of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation cycle
  • Support the wider HR teams on HR-related projects
  • Streamline administration processes for employee lifecycle
  • Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring all task are completed on time
  • Assisting with the employee relations and engagement plan

 

The ideal HR Assistant candidate will have:

  • Previous HR experience would be ideal
  • Fluent German and English language
  • Qualification in HR is an advantage
