Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is proud to supporting our client, who are a leader in what they do, as they recruit for a HR Manager to join to their Swiss office.


You will support all aspects of Human Resources across the full employee lifecycle working closely with the HR Business Partners.


You will have an understanding of Swiss labour law and payroll, as well as the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development.


Responsibilities of the HR Manager:


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and career development
  • Coordinate and manage HR related projects
  • Collaborate with HR Services and HR Business Partners to design or revise policies, procedures and local employee benefits in order to be an attractive employer and comply with Swiss labour law
  • Overall responsibility and implementation of all core HR processes
  • Create a positive candidate experience with an effective recruitment process, supporting the HRBP where necessary
  • Supporting the employee relations and engagement plan


The ideal HR Manager candidate will have:


  • Previous HR experience
  • Knowledge of Swiss labour laws
  • Experience of working within a global organisation would be advantageous
  • Degree or certificate in HR is an advantage
