Job Description

Our client, a leader in its field, is looking for a German speaking - HRIS Specialist to join an innovative organisation.



Partnering with Human Resources and IT, you will be the subject matter expert, key user and process owner for the HRIS solution internally.


HRIS Specialist - Zürich/Hybrid, Switzerland

This is a standalone, process-driven role supporting both the HR function, IT and global HQ, as well as third party suppliers.


Responsibilities of the HRIS Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of the HRIS strategy to ensure HRIS activities support the business strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders
  • Optimise and continually improve the system to enable greater efficiency
  • Act as subject matter expert, sparring partner to the global process owner for systems aspects, such as job grading
  • Drive improvements to global HR processes
  • Manage and develop future implementation of HRIS solutions, ensuring all interface and configurations are working efficiently and effectively


Person specification:

  • Previous experience working within an HRIS role, ideally with knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience in analytics, reporting and job grading
  • Understanding the business needs and improving processes
  • Fluent in German
