Job Description

My client, a large global business in the FMCG sector, seeks a Category Manager Logistics.

As a Category Manager Logistics, you will be responsible for supporting procurement of road, ocean and air transportation globally for a large FMCG business.

My client is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Logistics Buyer to expand their horizons in a truly global role, strategically managing e2e logistics contracts.

The successful candidate will have a passion for Logistics/Supply Chain and experience within Strategic Procurement at a regional or global level.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Ideally 5+ years within Procurement or Operational Logistics
• Confident in sourcing, negotiating and managing logistics contracts
• Essential that you have sourced road freight solutions previously
• Fluent English is essential - other languages are beneficial
