On behalf of my Zug-based multi-national client, I am looking to speak with an experienced Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office as the site expands.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for keeping track of stocks of office supplies, welcoming guests on site and managing correspondence. You will also be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
My client is in the process of expanding their Zug office and thus are looking for someone experienced in the admin side of onboarding new employees.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
