EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with Congo Brands, a US based high-growth company that manages several rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high profile individuals within social media.

The company are now establishing an international office in Zug as they expand into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Accounting Operations and will be responsible for managing and helping build out the Accounting team based in Zug.

You will overview all Accounts Receivable matters for the international office.

This role will initially require a “hands on” and “can do” approach and even when systems and procedures are in place, the rapid expansion will ensure an exciting and fast-paced journey.

Key responsibilities of the AR Manager:

• Accounts Receivable
• Credit management
• Collections
• Cash management
• Revenue accounting and billing

This Accounts Receivable Manager position requires high calibre candidates with the following skillsets:

• High level of operational accounting knowledge alongside excellent organizational skills
• Excellent working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in managing/building an Accounting Operations team
