EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with Congo Brands in its search for a Director International Marketing.
Congo Brands is a US-based, high-growth company that manages a number of rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, including Prime Hydration and Alani NU, led by high-profile influencers with global impact.
The company is now establishing an international office in Zug as it expands into Europe and other regions, initially with the PRIME Hydration brand, but then with other brands within the portfolio.
As you will be joining at an early stage of the international office journey, the role will initially require a hands-on and can-do approach. But, after a relatively short period of time, you will be responsible for developing an international Marketing team and the systems and processes required.
In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, the ability to adapt quickly and maintain an extensive understanding of a rapidly changing market are essential.
Key responsibilities of the Director International Marketing:
- Develop and execute Marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives for the international market
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Create and manage the international Marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations and Product Development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market influencers, media and customers
- Manage all aspects of the international Marketing mix, including advertising, PR, digital marketing, events, promotions and sponsorships
- Monitor and report on Marketing performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed
This Director International Marketing position requires high calibre candidates with the following skillset:
- A successful track record in international Marketing, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, culture and trends
- Proven delivery of successful marketing campaigns and sales growth in international markets
- Experience in managing budgets and achieving marketing ROI
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and messaging
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Drive and passion for delivering outstanding results from marketing activities
