EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with Congo Brands in its search for a Director Supply Chain Finance.

Congo Brands is a US-based, high-growth company that manages a number of rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high profile individuals within social media.

The company is now establishing an international office in Zug as it expands into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.

As Director Supply Chain Finance, you will be responsible for tracking the company's financial performance, analysing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, influencing tactical and strategic decisions.

As this is the creation of the international office, the role will initially require a hands-on and can-do approach. But, even when systems and procedures are in place, the rapid expansion will ensure an exciting and fast-paced journey.

Key responsibilities of the Director Supply Chain Finance:

• Analyse the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics, such as sales, inventory, expenditures and profit margin
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develop and continually improve forecast, financial projections and operating targets
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Monitor finished goods inventory through reporting, ensuring accuracy

This Director Supply Chain Finance position requires high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate people, operate in a fast-paced environment, and balance multiple responsibilities
• High level of technical ability, alongside excellent planning, root cause analysis/problem solving, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding and experience in Supply Chain, ideally within the FMCG industry
• High level of working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent collaborator and relationship builder, both internally and externally
