Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are working exclusively with Congo Brands, a US based high-growth company that manages several rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high profile individuals within social media.

 

The company are now establishing an international office in Zug as they expand into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.

 

As Procurement Finance Controller, you will be reporting directly to the VP of Finance and will be required to have exceptional analytical skills and a collaborative way of working to optimise strategies.

 

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance data analysis with a strong understanding of procurement processes.

 

You will be helping to build out the international office based in Zug which will initially require a “hands-on” and “can-do” approach. Even when systems and procedures are in place, the rapid expansion will ensure an exciting and fast-paced journey.

 

Procurement Finance Controller – Exclusive, Zug

 

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Finance Controller:

  • Partner with the Supply Chain organization to develop procurement plans and budgets based on projected manufacturing requirements and organisational objectives
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and objectives
  • Monitor procurement costs, perform periodic performance reviews of external service providers and implement improvement strategies as required
  • Manage all inventory accounting tasks and cost of sales analytics for the region
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, e.g. financial modelling and KPI reporting

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management costs (ideally within the FMCG industry)
  • Proficiency in the use of ERP systems and data analysis tools
  • Solid knowledge of inventory and cost of sales accounting, financial management principles and budgeting processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and service providers
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
