Senior FP&A Analyst

EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of its renowned international clients in the search for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The role offers hybrid home and office working, with the office situated in Zug.

Reporting to the VP of Business Finance & Controlling, this role is instrumental to the success and growth of the company globally and will also play a key part in helping to continuously improve financial processes.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Exclusive - Zug, Switzerland.

Within this role, you will be actively involved in P&L analysis, business analytics for corporate and global functions, and participating in a variety of group wide projects. Your exposure across the business will be far-reaching, resulting in a varied and interesting opportunity.

Key responsibilities as Senior FP&A Analyst:

• Create and maintain financial analysis on P&L, WC and CF
• Preparation of strategic and operational analysis during monthly and quarterly closing
• Responsible for reporting and financial modelling - develop and implement reporting and analytical models
• Develop and implement reporting and analytical processes
• Present insightful analysis and effectively highlight key points enabling strategic decisions to be made

Ideal profile:

• Excellent IT systems and financial reporting & consolidation knowledge - proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, HFM/BPC/Cognos/OneStream or similar are considered a plus
• Strong Controlling/Financial Analysis background
• Industrial/manufacturing production controlling experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with senior management and stakeholders
