EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with Congo Brands in its search for a VP Finance – International.

Congo Brands is a US-based, high-growth company that manages a number of rapidly growing brands within the beverage sector, initiated and led by high-profile individuals within social media.


The company is now establishing an international office in Zug as it expands into Europe and other regions, beginning with the PRIME hydration range.


As VP Finance – International, you will be responsible for the full financial management and strategic development of the international operations, with a direct report to the US parent company.


As this is the creation of the international office, the role will initially require a hands-on and can-do approach. But, even when systems and procedures are in place, the rapid expansion will ensure an exciting and fast-paced journey.


Key responsibilities of the VP Finance – International:


  • Oversee the company’s financial statements for all international operations spanning multiple countries and continents
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements and other management financial reporting documents for review with upper management and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse fluctuations, trends and inconsistencies as part of the monthly financial review process
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure all financial information and implications are understood
  • Assist with ERP implementation


As VP Finance – International, we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillsets:


  • CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Significant experience within an international environment
  • Advanced IT and ERP systems knowledge and experience
  • Analytical, with the ability to oversee all accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience building a financial infrastructure, developing consistent and replicable internal financial processes
