Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with our global client as they look to recruit a part-time HR Manager.


The HR Manager will be responsible for Human Resources related projects and will be the first point of contact for employees and managers.


This is a stand-alone role, and you will have an understanding and knowledge of local employment law, the full employee lifecycle and Talent Acquisition processes.


The ideal candidate will look to drive positive change and be involved with growth strategy and Talent Management.


Key responsibilities of the HR Manager include, but are not limited to:


  • You will manage the full employee lifecycle and support with Payroll for the employees based in Switzerland
  • First point of contact for employees and managers for payroll enquiries, pension enquiries and other payroll-associated matters
  • Provide support for employees locating to the areas and assisting with the onboarding process prior to day one
  • Follow both internal and external processes to ensure employment legislation and compliance is adhered


Ideal candidate profile:

  • The ideal candidate with have a relevant HR qualification or a bachelors in a relevant field of study
  • Ideally be able to communicate confidently in German with excellent verbal and written manners
  • Previous experience providing support to employees relocating is preferable
  • Previous experience managing payroll/pension enquiries
