Job Description

We are currently looking to speak with an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a global FMCG business with offices based in Zug, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for delivering on the agreed objectives to ensure the management of customer queries, reports and product tracking and will be fluent in English, German and French.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service activities including monitoring of order processes and ensuring that the Aftersales experience is of quality standard
  • Order fulfilment and shipment management of products
  • Managing and controlling Customer Service related activities and strategies
  • Both proactive and reactive approach to customer handling queries and implementing improvements for the Customer Service function
  • Input and maintain system records

Additionally, as Customer Service Specialist we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Fluent German and French is essential
  • Strong process skills with some previous customer service experience (preferred in Logistics and/or Supply Chain setting)
  • Competent stakeholder management skills alongside a base knowledge of Aftermarket activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, plus SAP experience (R/3 or S/4 Hana would be an advantage)
  • 2+ years’ working experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with local and international stakeholders
