Job Description

My multi-national, consumer goods client, based in Zug, is searching for a Procurement PMO with strong proven project management skills.

You will manage international stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

Procurement PMO, Zug, Switzerland

As Procurement PMO, you will bring experience from a fast-paced industry to assist the Procurement team across a range of projects, ensuring alignment with the long-term strategy of the business.

You will implement performance management processes, ensure KPIs are executed and dashboards are updated in line with project execution. You will ideally have experience in a matrix organisation and have proven experience managing senior stakeholders globally.

As Procurement PMO, you will provide project management assistance and governance to key projects in the portfolio, and be able to demonstrate success in business planning and execution.

We are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillset:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Ideally hold a Project Management qualification
• Experience and knowledge of assisting with a large number of projects on a global level
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and communicate complex matters to all levels of the business effectively
• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English - any other language is an advantage
