Job Description

On behalf of a rapidly growing beverage business, we are seeking to speak with experienced Supply Chain End-to-End Director to be based in their newly established Zug office.


As Supply Chain End-to-End Director, you will operate in a strategic leadership capacity to ensure smooth running of the European end-to-end supply chain in this growing beverage business.


In this role, you will lead the operations processes related to transport, customer logistics and third-party warehousing. You will work closely with the External Manufacturing Director to ensure post-manufacturing process is delivered to customers OTIF.


You will be responsible for growing the European Operations team as the business expands across the region.


You will be proficient in stakeholder management, working closely with finance and supply chain departments with the ability to understand wider business needs and communicate effectively. Ideally, you will be comfortable contributing on a commercial level, and you will be experienced in similar agile or start-up environments.


As Supply Chain End-to-End Director, we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillsets:


  • Ideally 8+ years’ experience in Operations in a FMCG environment
  • Experience leading an international team
  • Advanced system and computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in an integrated ERP
  • Strong influencer with the ability to effectively manage and motivate people, operate in a fast-paced environment, and balance multiple responsibilities
  • Experience in agile, fast-growing businesses would be advantageous
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
