We’re currently looking for a Senior International Recruitment Consultant to join our UK office in Nottingham.

As we start 2023, EMEA Recruitment is celebrating 15 years in the international market. We remain extremely busy. Both main markets, Switzerland and the Netherlands, are currently registering high numbers of opportunities, and EMEA Recruitment is continuing a period of high growth.

However, our primary objective at EMEA Recruitment is to find Europe’s best candidates for some of the largest and most reputable companies based predominantly in the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Job requirements:

• Search experience for the professional services sector would be advantageous
• High level of intellectual agility and curiosity, strong drive for both success and excellence, an independent self-starter
• Attention to detail and strong persistence, very well-structured way of working and self-organisation
• Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management
• Fluency in English (German, French or Dutch fluency would also be advantageous)
• Ability to travel potentially every 6-8 weeks (2-3 days minimum)
