Job Description

My client, a multibillion dollar revenue manufacturing organisation based in Zug, are searching for a Global Source-to-Pay Project Manager to join their global Procurement hub and lead their Source-to-Pay implementation.

 

This Global Source-to-Pay Project Manager will be responsible for global implementation of a Source-To-Pay system across all business units. You will utilise the S2P system to ensure the accurate composition of financial reports and translate this effectively to senior stakeholders.  

 

In this role, you will establish a robust reporting system and track core KPIs around the procurement savings initiatives. You will also work to simplify and optimise sourcing processes, whilst supporting Global Category Leaders with data needed for their strategies.

 

The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager who is experienced in consolidating and presenting data to senior stakeholders, as well as knowledgeable in centralising ERP systems across global businesses. You will work cross-functionally with finance, procurement and commercial teams.

 

As Global Source-to-Pay Project Manager, we are looking for high calibre candidates with the following skillsets:

 

  • Ideally 8+ years’ professional experience across Procurement and Project Management
  • Experienced in handling large data sets and creating profound analysis
  • Experience with implementing Source-to-Pay across a global organisation
  • A background in controlling would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required
  • Fluency in English is essential
