Manager - Human Resources

Keely is the Manager of our Human Resources recruitment team in Switzerland. She joined EMEA Recruitment in November 2021, following a career working directly with HR professionals from a technical systems aspect.

Using a proactive approach, Keely actively listens to her candidates and clients to understand their requirements, which is credited in her LinkedIn testimonials. She always follows up and checks in to address any needs or concerns.

Keely enjoys the everyday interactions being a recruiter brings and having a busy schedule. A positive attitude, empathy and trust have always allowed Keely to do this with ease, both on a personal and professional level.

While overseeing our HR recruitment team, Keely began our ongoing Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Roundtable series, touching on topics such as how to implement an ED&I strategy and embrace neurodiversity – events that are open to HR professionals and business leaders. If you would like to attend these events in the future, please contact Keely directly.

Testimonial

When you hire someone to find an employee for you, you want to know that they listened carefully, understood your needs, know how to interview someone to determine if it's a match, and care if it works well.

Keely did all of those things for me and found me a wonderful team member. I'm very pleased to recommend her.

Eileen Lehmann, Senior Manager, IT Change Management Office at Duracell
