As our Insight & Optimisation Director, Mark utilises his vast recruitment experience and data management skills to provide customers with real-time insights into the current employment market.

Mark is naturally very interested in data and analysis. He also enjoys football, comedy, travelling and food.

Combining both travel and food, Mark’s ideal holiday destination is Thailand, as he is fond of the fantastic beaches.

EMEA Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing international FMCG business in finding a Marketing Project Specialist to be based at their office in Zug.

As the Marketing Project Specialist, you will help the business as it expands across Europe with both existing products and new launches. 

You will work alongside colleagues in Finance, Supply Chain and Operations with a professional reporting line to the US-based Brand Director.

Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Project Specialist will include:

  • Communicating with distributors to collect key information for product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Ownership of distribution of marketing materials, both trade and digital, for each market
  • Manage marketing timelines and calendars
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency and communication channels
  • Provide progress information and status updates against expectations

The Ideal Candidate: 

This role will suit someone who has gained a solid grounding in Marketing within an international business, ideally within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key to success in the role will be the ability to work effectively within a dynamic marketplace where priorities can change quickly. 

Enthusiasm, the willingness to \"get stuck in\" and a positive approach are all key personal attributes that are highly valued by the business.
