Moreover, Sandra is passionate about psychology, focusing on the psychology of new technologies, romantic relationships, and Diversity, Inclusion, and CSR in companies. She is currently studying for her master’s degree in Psychology, too!

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international manufacturing company with the recruitment of a Category Manager for Business Services to join their SSC team in Lodz, Poland.
 
Your key responsibilities as the Category Manager for Business Services:

  • Managing the Business Services category (HR, Marketing, IT, etc.); you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the business to develop new strategies and tactics to improve daily operations
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively seeking opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, generate revenue through productivity initiatives, or expand geographical coverage and product portfolios
  • Managing contracts, leading contract and price negotiations, and preparing and conducting tenders for the assigned categories
  • Supervising a small team of Buyers (1-2 people)

 
About you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in indirect procurement
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
  • Advanced Excel skills and/or SAP experience
  • Excellent purchasing skills (negotiation, stakeholder management, etc.)
  • Availability to work in Lodz (hybrid model)
  • Experience with the Coupa Source-to-Pay tool would be an advantage

Location: Parvomay, Bulgaria (100% onsite from the office)
 
Key responsibilities of the Senior AP Accountant:

  • Review, validate, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Execute timely payments, manage manual transactions, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Perform account reconciliations, support month-end closing, and handle accruals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and provide audit documentation
  • Optimize AP processes, generate reports, and collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams

Candidate Profile:
