    EMEA Recruitment is working with an international medical devices business looking to recruit an HR Business Partner for its global functions based in Amsterdam.

     

    As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, Account Management and Business Transformation.


    You will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, management and development, employee engagement, performance management, organisational design and change management.

    Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

    • Act as sparring partner to the business leaders on HR policies, processes and practice
    • Guide business leaders through the talent management and performance management process
    • Provide proactive HR advice to stakeholders during organizational changes
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for HQ roles
    • Assist in industrial relations, compliance and disciplinary matters
    • Own and drive projects on employee engagement, culture and values
    • Provide support when needed in areas of payroll, pensions, salary reviews, expat management

     

    Experience required:

    • Significant HR Business Partnering experience in an international, matrix-structured business
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
    • Able to manage HR projects cross-functionally
    • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law
    • Strong Excel and quantitative analysis skills
    • Solution focused and bias for action
    • Fluent in English (Dutch an advantage)

  • Brand Manager

    Our client, an ambitious and expanding FMCG company, is currently seeking a Brand Manager for the UK market.

    The role is based in London with some flexibility to work remotely.

    As a Brand Manager, you would be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to enhance the visibility and market presence of the products.

    You will take ownership of brand initiatives, ensuring they resonate with consumers, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of the brand in the UK.

    The responsibilities of the Brand Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
    • Continuously monitor market trends and consumer behaviour
    • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative marketing campaigns
    • Utilize market research and consumer insights to gain a deep understanding of the consumer base.
    • Manage key brand activations including brand partnerships & trade activation
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and initiatives
    • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to support brand initiatives
    • Enhance the brand\'s visibility and equity in the UK market through effective branding, PR, and social media strategies
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the UK market gained in the consumer goods industry
    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • In-depth knowledge of the UK consumer market, trends, and competitive landscape
    • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Senior Controller – Northern Europe Operations & Strategic Projects
    EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with our global client, a company operating in the industrial and renewable sector, in its search for a Senior Controller – Northern Europe.

    The Senior Controller will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance across several sites in Europe. In addition, you will be the finance business partner of strategic growth projects.


    Your primary focus will be on analysing financial data, identifying key business insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

    The ideal candidate will be a true business partner who collaborates with colleagues above and below, inside and outside the Finance organization. You will possess strong expertise in operations and project controlling, as it will be crucial in setting the course for their continued success and market expansion. 

    Responsibilities of the Senior Controller:
    • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, working with various departments to set budgets and financial targets
    • Analyse financial performance against the budget and provide actionable insights to management
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial support and guidance to different departments, including Production, Purchasing, and Project Management
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders
    • Develop project budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance teams
    Experience required:
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or a similar role
    • Experience working in either an industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment
    • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication and social skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
