Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist for our client, a growing media business in Amsterdam.

As the Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including accounting, forecasting, and project management.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist:

• Ensuring accurate and timely month end close procedures
• Prepare monthly internal financial reports
• Assist in the annual audit with external auditors
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Business partner with other departments with FP&A duties
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures

Experience required:

• 3-5 years' relevant Accounting experience
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Experience with various Accounting systems and Excel
• Working knowledge of Dutch tax
• Mindset of optimisation, efficiency and continuous improvement
