Job Description
EMEA Recruitment is working with an international Logistics business near Hoofddorp to recruit a HR Operations Specialist.The business is expanding its European operations, and the HR Operations Specialist oversee the entire employee lifecycle for staff across sites in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Responsibilities of HR Operations Specialist
- Key point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR queries
- Handle all transactional aspects of employee life cycle
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a best-in-class experience
- Ensure employee-related data and systems are kept updated
- Responsible for accurate payroll preparation
- Administer employee benefits
- Assist with M&A activity that involves employee integrations within HR system
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a HR Operations role
- Confident using HR systems
- Highly accurate
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong team player
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Fluent in English and Dutch
