This Interim HR Generalist role is a busy, demanding, and rewarding position, requiring someone with prior experience in a similar role – this is not a development step.
This role will suit someone comfortable in the interim/contract world, who can adapt to new environments, affect change and influence when needed.
Responsibilities of HR Generalist:
Day-to-day support to the local employee headcount – responsible for the employee lifecycle, including HR administrative support
Keep up to date with ER processes and Dutch labour law, management of complex casework
Manage HR projects locally and focus on both operational and strategic function needs
Management of all HR systems (including Workday) ensuring they are fit for purpose and data is up to date
Optimise all HR processes and policies
Support and manage global mobility cases
Skills & Experience required:
Have at least 5 years of HR experience at a similar level
Be comfortable operating in English day to day in an office environment, the understanding of Dutch is an additional bonus
Have worked with and understand Dutch labour law and experience operating in a HR position within an international environment
