€70,000-77,000 plus bonus/benefits
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international logistics business to hire a Senior HR Business Partner who will support employees at the European HQ in Delft as well as groups of employers in other European countries.

In this HR Business Partnering role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring you are delivering HR interventions that support the business needs and strategy.

The role works as part of a HR team located in Delft so there is support from specialist functions such as Recruitment, HR Operations, L&D, and Reward.

Responsibilities of Senior HR Business Partner:
  • Advises on and supports the delivery of all HR interventions
  • Guides managers through performance management and talent management processes
  • Effectively manages employee relations cases
  • Coaches management to bring the best solutions for employees and the business
  • Analyses HR trends and metrics in the business and drives positive change
  • Contributes to European HR projects
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in a Generalist/HR business partnering role, ideally gained in international environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law
  • Strong change and project management skills
  • Fluent in English, Dutch a significant advantage
  • Ideally, experience in a logistics/manufacturing type organisation
