Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up. 

As the business expands, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a new office renovation project.

The role is offered as a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

 
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
  • Define technical specification of the project
  • Manage relationship with architects, engineers and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts with the suppliers
  • Ownership of execution and delivery of construction operations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and a safety regulations


Candidate Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Track record of successes in a similar role gained in the Netherlands
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and Dutch legal regulations
  • Experience in working with local suppliers of construction services
  • Fluency in English, Dutch a plus
