Our client is a rapidly growing technology scale-up.
As the business expands, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a new office renovation project.
The role is offered as a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
Define technical specification of the project
Manage relationship with architects, engineers and other stakeholders
Negotiate contracts with the suppliers
Ownership of execution and delivery of construction operations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and a safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
Track record of successes in a similar role gained in the Netherlands
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and Dutch legal regulations
Experience in working with local suppliers of construction services
Fluency in English, Dutch a plus
