EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business, a market leader in their field, as they look to recruit a Head of Talent and Development.
This is a newly created role where you will assess the current approach to Talent and Development in the organisation and develop a strategy to elevate the approach in line with the business goals.
This is a pivotal role for the business and will be responsible for shaping and nurturing a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace.
Responsibilities of Head of Talent and Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and culture strategy
Oversee talent management and development to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being, engagement, and productivity
Design and deliver leadership programs to enhance the capabilities of our management team and future leaders
Implement effective performance management systems
Develop and execute initiatives to measure and improve engagement levels
Experience required:
Proven experience leading Talent and Development agenda, gained in an international setting
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Track record in leading cultural and organisational change
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of current trends in Talent Management
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in Dutch and English
