Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business, a market leader in their field, as they look to recruit a Head of Talent and Development.

This is a newly created role where you will assess the current approach to Talent and Development in the organisation and develop a strategy to elevate the approach in line with the business goals.

This is a pivotal role for the business and will be responsible for shaping and nurturing a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace.

Responsibilities of Head of Talent and Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and culture strategy
  • Oversee talent management and development to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee well-being, engagement, and productivity
  • Design and deliver leadership programs to enhance the capabilities of our management team and future leaders
  • Implement effective performance management systems
  • Develop and execute initiatives to measure and improve engagement levels

Experience required:
  • Proven experience leading Talent and Development agenda, gained in an international setting
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record in leading cultural and organisational change
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of current trends in Talent Management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
