EMEA Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a growing international logistics business in its search for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a team on a full-time permanent basis.

This position can be based at one of the German sites or in Basel.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

• Build talent pools for current and future recruitment, ensuring there is a steady flow of candidates across different parts of the business
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support the development and progress of internal talent
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Become a main advocate for the business, showcasing them as an employer of choice
• Support the wider team to Implement creative and effective recruitment strategies and partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to advance the Talent function

Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Business Partner: 

• Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is essential 
• Proven track record in building up talent processes and implementing new ways of working
• Adept in building a strong employer brand as the business continues its fast-paced expansion in Europe
• Stakeholder management and communication - effective at influencing and collaborating at all levels cross-functionally and in different geographical regions
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English
