Job Description

Our client, a leader in the production and manufacturing sector, is transforming their Procurement function to drive growth. As a result, they seek an experienced Indirect Procurement Team Lead(Capex/Opex). 

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will oversee Capex and Opex projects, including MRO and technical services.

The successful Indirect Procurement Team Lead will have proven experience in leading and developing teams. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale negotiations and influence key stakeholders
  • Oversee Capex and Opex procurement, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Liaise with production sites and provide strategic insights to the CEO
  • Execute both operational duties and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven background in Indirect Procurement within production/manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and key stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and German; French is advantageous
  • Experience in Capex/Opex procurement across multiple site locations
