EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a global manufacturing multi-national as they search for a Global Head of Rewards.
This senior-level role will report to the CHRO and spearhead the implementation and optimisation of Rewards policies across the organisation.
Fluent English language skills are essential for effective interaction with all levels of the business and external stakeholders globally.
Your Key Responsibilities as the Global Head of Rewards:
Design and implement comprehensive reward strategies from scratch, tailored to multiple countries and aligned with business objectives
Manage executive compensation packages, including benchmarks and long and short-term incentives to ensure competitiveness and continues talent attraction
Ensure adherence to global compensation practices and stay updated on country-specific elements and pay equity legislation
Manage the mobility programme with the expat packages
Collaborate effectively with differing levels of employees and external parties such as auditors and welfare and retirement plan advisors
Optimise global benefits and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Key Requirements of the Candidate:
Proven experience in the design and implementation of rewards programmes, with excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements
Strong experience in and understanding of multi-national businesses
Possess a strategic mindset while keeping a hands-on attitude in the implementation process
Proficiency with a range of IT systems
Fluent in English - proficiency in Spanish is beneficial but not essential
