    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders
    • Develop project budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance teams
    Experience required:
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or a similar role
    • Experience working in either an industrial, manufacturing, or plant environment
    • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication and social skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Consolidation and System Administration Specialist
    Our client, an international company in the financial services sector, is looking to hire a Consolidation Specialist with System Administration expertise to join their Group Reporting & Consolidation Team located in Zug.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and optimal utilization of SAP consolidation tools.

    Key responsibilities of the Consolidation and System Administration Specialist will include:
     
    • Oversee the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations
    • Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
    • Optimize the SAP system to support efficient consolidation processes
    • Stay updated on changes in IFRS accounting standards and ensure compliance in the consolidation process

    Requirements:

  • Senior Accountant - Exclusive
    €60,000-70,000 including holiday
    EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with our client, a real estate company based in Amsterdam, in search of a Senior Accountant.
     
    The Senior Accountant will be Finance team based in their European HQ, responsible for the day-to-day Accounting activities and reconciliation of payroll of the general ledger at a regional level.

    Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
    • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial accounts for 3-5 assigned entities
    • Reviewing and managing General & Administrative and Non-Operating expenses, including accruals and prepaids
    • Recording and reconciling payroll transactions
    • Understanding and reconciling general ledger accounts related to the mentioned topics
    • Providing variances between actuals and forecasts for FP&A and Corporate Finance
    • Assisting with internal reporting for relevant stakeholders
    • Offering information on accounting treatment (US GAAP and Local GAAP) and insights into variances
    • Promoting a collaborative team atmosphere and positive work environment
    • Contributing to continuous improvements through process documentation and efficiency gains
    Requirements:
    • BSc/MSc degree in Accounting or Business
    • 3 years relevant Accounting experience
    • Experience with global, multi-entity organisations or public accounting preferred

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
