Your role as the Head of Accounting & Reporting:

• Preparation of financial statements for Swiss subsidiaries
• Lead the accounting team 
• Collaborate with CFO and Head of Finance & Controlling
• Collaborate with Shared Service Center for operational accounting
• Year-end audit and closing
• Manage tax, insurance, and internal control system
• Serve as HQ interface 

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Finance/Accounting specialist training or higher business education
• Several years of relevant Accounting experience
• IT proficiency, preferably in BI (Qlik Sense) and SAP
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
