Job Description

Our client, a well-established holding business supporting global manufacturing and engineering firms in the Den Bosch area, is seeking qualified financial talent to step into the role of a Financial Controller.    

Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a qualified finance professional to develop their career in the strategic space.

This position will suit someone proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.

The main duties of the Financial Controller are:
  • Consolidate all company accounts and preparation of the consolidated annual reports
  • Review statutory accounts for all legal entities and conduct closing processes
  • Maintain and update a control improvement list to best identify and address control weaknesses
  • Work on M&A activity, including purchase price allocation and onboarding
  • Improve the business's financial reporting

The skills required for the Financial Controller are:
  • 8 years’ experience in IFRS Accounting with a Big 4 background
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Hold an Accounting/Control qualification (RA, RC, ACCA, ACA)
  • Experience in an international company
