As the Financial Controller, you will be part of the leadership team for this site.

We\'re Looking For: A driven and experienced Financial Controller to join this dynamic team. This site-based position offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial trajectory of this production site, with approximately 150 employees and a €30M turnover.

Your Role: Reporting to the Site Director, you will oversee a team of 2 management accountants, taking charge of financial and internal control. Your insights will be pivotal to the Management Committee, contributing to the site\'s financial performance and strategic planning.

As the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities include::

  • Prepare and validate monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances
  • Coordinate monthly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Present financial performance to sales teams and senior management
  • Lead projects to optimise company management, including budgeting and cost control
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor\'s or master\'s in Finance or related field; professional Finance qualifications would be preferred
  • 4-6 years of management financial controlling experience, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent analytical and communication skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Willing to travel (mainly in Europe)
    • Fluent English
