Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Description

For our international client, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Analyst.

This role involves working with several international colleagues. It also encompasses front and back-office treasury tasks and reporting, and as such, offers significant strategic exposure and career growth for the right candidate.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Treasury Analyst are:

• Participate in the implementation of the global cash pool, eventually managing daily operations
• Act as a backup for the treasurers
• Support factoring operations and FX hedging for the entire Group, stepping in during absences or work overload
• Assist in project management, including TMS deployment tests,  updates, and implementation of platforms
• Independently handle reporting including financial benefits analysis for subsidiaries and FX result analysis
• Consolidate cash forecasts, analyse and challenge subsidiary data, and conduct group-level reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management (business school) or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in financial decision-making basics (FX, risk aversion, rating, CAPM, liquidity)
• Advanced skills in FX exposure and hedging, with the ability to connect environmental context with technical knowledge
• Understanding of financial statements and general knowledge of banking regulations and practices
• Fluency in French and English, with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
