EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a growing manufacturing business headquartered in Switzerland to recruit a permanent Human Resources Business Partner. The position offers flexibility, with the option to work between 80-100%.
You'll join a HR team of five and provide day-to-day support to a headcount of 250, mainly blue-collar employees, based in Romandie.
Your responsibilities as the HRBP:
Employee relations cases and conflict resolution
Coaching line managers and answering HR queries
Providing training to upskill key stakeholders on HR best practise
Additional generalist HR support including recruitment, compensation & benefits reviews, and internal communications
The Successful Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of HR Generalist/BP level experience
Proven experience providing HR support to a manufacturing or strong blue-collar headcount
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Happy to consider a salary of circa CHF 100,000-110,000
