We are a newly formed international software Consulting Services company specializing in ERP consulting and formed by 250+ seasoned consultants with decades of industry expertise and operations in the Nordics, Central and Southern Europe. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our highly skilled services team. The ideal candidate will have consulting experience across multiple Infor cloud solutions to design roadmaps and solutions that meet customer requirements and deliver on their business outcomes. This role requires experience in multiple industry segments such as Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing.

Responsibilities and skills

• Expert in designing Infor Cloud Solutions across a broad remit of Infor and Industry best practice technologies and able to extract and present the business value of solutions to customers
• Passionate about building innovation for customers and facilitating their digital journey
• In-depth industry knowledge of core processes and industry trends across multiple industry segments such as and Food & Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing
• Able to discuss industry trends and business drivers with customers in the sales cycle and during the implementation
• Leading with a Customer First mindset, building a strong positive relationship and repeat business
• Well versed in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools
• Up-to-date with industry standards for business processes, information and architectural models
• Collaborate with the wider services team to share knowledge, IP and grow the collective knowledge on Infor Technology and Industry expertise

The preferred candidate will

• have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant area of study
• have experience of working as a solution architect on Infor ERP Cloud solutions across all business process areas of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning, Customer Sales, Finance; or Service and Rental.
• a proven ability to decompose technical complexity into simple, business focused outcomes
• Possess strong industry expertise across multiple industry segments such as and Food & Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing
• Familiarity with business process standards and information & architectural models in these industries
• Comfortable with participating in the sales cycle to help close important deals
• Passionate about always doing the right thing for the customer and putting the Customer First
