Job Description

Our client, an international trading and logistics company, is looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager to join their newly established holding company in Vaduz.

The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for setting up accounting processes and policies as well as performing accounting, closing and consolidation tasks.

The responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Manager will include:
 
  • Set up accounting processes and policies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards in financial reporting
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Work with tax professionals to manage the tax planning and compliance efforts
  • Establish and maintain internal controls
  • Manage periodic closings
  • Tax return preparation
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Management of payments

Requirements:
 
  • Educational background in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA or similar certification will be advantageous
  • Proven experience in Finance management, preferably in a holding entity
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work in Vaduz
  • Fluent in English and a good level of German
