Tax Manager

Job Description

Our client, an international trading and logistics company, is looking to hire a Tax Manager to join its newly established holding company in Vaduz.

The Tax Manager will provide the business with advice on Tax-related matters and complex rulings, identify risks, and collaborate with third parties to achieve resolutions.

This position requires a full-time presence in the office.

Responsibilities of the Tax Manager include:
  • Develop Tax management policies and guidelines for the group
  • Provide expertise on Tax-related matters
  • Organise tax filings with local authorities
  • Assist with the implementation of transfer pricing documentations
  • Analyse withholding implications and apply for tax rulings
  • Consider directives such as MiFID II, DAC6, BEPS
  • Contribute to the optimisation of end-to-end supply chain processes
Your profile:
  • Degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration, with Tax-specific professional training
  • Profound knowledge of Liechtenstein and international taxes
  • Several years of Tax experience, ideally gained in a tax advisory firm
  • Experience with international structures and M&A
  • Experience with succession tax planning and family offices is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills for executive stakeholder engagement
