Finance Administrator - Exclusive- 6 Month fixed term

€45,000 + hybrid working
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with a market-leading entertainment business in its search for a Finance Administrator, based in Amsterdam.

The Finance Administrator role will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for all duties in the Finance Admin function.

Your responsibilities as the Finance Administrator:
  • Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding AR and AP balances
  • Reconcile AR and AP accounts with general ledger
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to AR and AP
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on AR and AP activities
  • Provide bi-weekly open item report to the Financial Controller
  • Process and code purchase invoices, bank statements, credit card transactions, and expense claims
  • Manage foreign withholding tax (EU and non-EU)
  • Prepare EU VAT declarations
  • Generate monthly reports and annual accounts
  • Identify and report budget deviations to the financial controller
Candidate Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience in the same or similar role
  • Presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Adaptability
