Internal Auditor

Our client, an established and innovative manufacturing company operating on an international scale, is searching for an Internal Auditor to join their office in Amsterdam.

This role is perfect for a driven candidate with 3+ years’ experience either in consultancy looking to transition into their first role in industry, or already in industry with manufacturing industry experience.

Your responsibilities as the Internal Auditor will include, but are not limited to:

• Carrying out risk assessments and identifying opportunities to reduce risk, improve processes, reduce cost and monitor compliance
• Analysing information and data to identify and prioritise risks
• Management reporting and presentations
• Working with peers and management to achieve objectives
• Support ad hoc projects as required
• 20-25% travel requirement

Relevant experience and qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant position in a multi-national business
• Fluent in English
• Able to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation and build relationships
• A self-starter accustomed to multitasking and prioritising their work in a dynamic environment
• A keen eye for detail and planning and problem solving skills
