Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business that is continuing to evolve its HR function and is looking to hire its first Recruiter.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles both in the Netherlands and internationally.

This role offers an opportunity to help develop efficient recruitment processes to deliver a great candidate experience.

There will also be the chance to undertake some HR Generalist duties to develop the candidate experience further.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through headhunting and job board posts
  • Screening candidates to assess their suitability and providing shortlists to hiring manager
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Handling the offer and feedback process
  • Supporting a range of generalist HR duties

Experience required:

  • Proven recruitment experience gained in the Netherlands
  • Good understanding of the recruitment cycle
  • Experience hiring engineering/technical roles is an advantage
  • Great communicator
  • Thrives in a transforming business
  • Fluent in English -  Dutch or French is an advantage
