EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business entering into an exciting period of transformation as they look to recruit an HR Manager.
As HR Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to provide a proactive and generalist HR service to the business, as well as operating as HR Business Partner to senior leaders at head quarters.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Lead and manage the HR team providing support to the management team
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies
Manage employee development and performance management initiatives
Ensure compliance with international labor laws, policies, and regulations
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
Work closely with managers to develop and execute change initiatives
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Experience required:
Proven experience in HR management role in an international organization
Ability to manage change and lead HR transformation
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
Excellent communication, social, and management skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Ability to work effectively across cultures
Fluent in English and ideally Dutch
