EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business entering into an exciting period of transformation as they look to recruit an HR Manager.As HR Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to provide a proactive and generalist HR service to the business, as well as operating as HR Business Partner to senior leaders at head quarters.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Lead and manage the HR team providing support to the management team
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies
- Manage employee development and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, policies, and regulations
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
- Work closely with managers to develop and execute change initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Proven experience in HR management role in an international organization
- Ability to manage change and lead HR transformation
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Excellent communication, social, and management skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to work effectively across cultures
- Fluent in English and ideally Dutch
