Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA

€70,000 + 8% bonus + benefits
 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organisation, which has been through an exciting period of transformation and is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for the EMEA region.

Reporting to the EMEA TA Lead, this role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a range of vacancies across all functions in the business, from Corporate roles, Tech positions, R&D and Supply Chain roles.

As the business is evolving to have a more proactive and data-driven approach to Talent Acquisition, this position offers the opportunity to bring new ideas and drive the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA include:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future recruitment needs
  • Proactively sourcing to identify the best talent for current and future roles
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies where required
  • Conducting initial screening conversations to assess candidate suitability
  • Presenting shortlists to hiring managers
  • Managing interview feedback and offer negotiation process
Experience required:
  • Proven success in a corporate recruitment role assisting multiple countries in Europe
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Thrives in a transforming environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Service orientated
  • Fluent in English
