EMEA Recruitment is working with a global organisation, which is growing its HR team within the Netherlands, in its search for a HR Manager. 

Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is responsible for a range of HR generalist duties with HRBP responsibilities built in.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
  • Recruitment of corporate functions
  • HR business partnering
  • Compliance and disciplinary matters
  • Performance and talent management
  • Salary and payroll administration
  • Budgeting and reporting
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience of payroll and recruitment
  • Strong Dutch labour law knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
