EMEA Recruitment is working with a scale-up recruitment organisation, which has ambitious growth plans and is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a portfolio of vacancies, including Recruitment Consultant roles and Corporate positions, engaging with graduates and experienced candidates.
There is lots of opportunity for creative thinking and introducing new ideas on how to engage with potential talent to help the organisation grow.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Consultant include:
Liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Proactively sourcing through a range of different methods
Screening potential candidates and creating shortlists
Managing interview and offer process
Arranging events and networking sessions to reach out to a wider talent pool
Experience required:
2 years + experience working in a recruitment role (agency or in-house)
A great communicator who loves building relationships
High energy and enjoys a dynamic environment
Driven and motivated to deliver an excellent service
Relentless perseverance
Fluent in Dutch and English
